Sanchelima International Inc. is a company with more than 45 years of experience in the design and supply of plants for the production of cheese, yogurt and other dairy products in the United States, Mexico and Latin America. Since 1980, we have accompanied our clients in successful projects that have transformed their productivity and profitability.

• Whey protein gelification (a process that increases curd yield and allows producing a greater volume of cheese per liter of milk)

• Recovery and reuse of whey through electrodialysis, converting it into a stable raw material suitable for infant nutrition
