Equipment to reprocess bulk butter before repackaging. Recovers rheological properties after storage or freezing. Up to 1,520 kg/h.
This equipment is designed for reprocessing (rework) of butter that has lost its ideal characteristics due to storage or freezing.
Through a 60 kg hopper with double auger and a 12-blade impeller system, the machine mechanically works the product. The process controllably raises the input temperature (+6°C to +10°C) toward an optimal output (+12°C to +14°C), restoring the consistency needed for efficient packaging.
Restore the rheological properties of bulk butter to ensure precise dosing and high-quality final presentation in any filling and wrapping machine.
Main Features and Advantages
Butter homogenization for uniform texture: The homogenization process reduces fat globule size and evenly distributes moisture, achieving a smooth, consistent and spreadable texture throughout the butter mass.
Precise temperature control: Integrated temperature control system that maintains butter in the optimal processing range, guaranteeing the appropriate plasticity for homogenization and subsequent packaging.
High mixing efficiency: High-efficiency rotor-stator design that guarantees homogeneous mixing in a single pass, reducing process time and energy consumption compared to conventional systems.
Compatible with SII-SLP line: Designed to integrate directly with the SII-SLP block cutter, forming a continuous automated repackaging line with minimal manual intervention.
