Packaging Lines
Butter Repackaging Line (SII-SLP + SII-SHG + SII-ARM + SII-DSU)
Transform bulk inventory into high-margin retail product, restoring original butter texture after freezing. Up to 1,200 kg/h.
Complete automated line for converting bulk butter blocks into retail ready portions
Capacity: up to 2,646 lb/h (1,200 kg/h) | Portion sizes: 1.8–35.3 oz (50–1,000 g)
The Butter Repackaging Line is a fully integrated four machine system designed to convert bulk butter blocks of 22–55 lb (10–25 kg) into consumer size portions with consistent texture, precise weight, and high operational efficiency. The line is specifically engineered to handle previously frozen or refrigerated butter, restoring its original plasticity and spreadability prior to packaging.
The process begins with the SII SLP Butter Block Cutter, which reduces frozen or chilled blocks into uniform slices suitable for mechanical reworking. These slices are immediately fed into the SII SHG Butter Homogenizer, a critical step that reconditions the butter's rheological properties, reversing the effects of freezing or prolonged storage and preparing the product for accurate dosing.
Once homogenized, the butter is transferred to the SII ARM Filling and Wrapping Machine, where it is precisely portioned and wrapped in parchment paper or aluminum foil across a wide range of retail formats. Finally, wrapped units are automatically grouped, stacked, and inserted into corrugated cartons by the SII DSU Case Packer, delivering a pallet ready product with minimal manual handling.
This standardized and continuous process maximizes line efficiency, reduces labor dependency, and ensures uniform product quality across all retail presentations.

Main Features and Advantages
Integrated SLP + SHG cutting and homogenization line: The line combines the SII-SLP block cutter and the SII-SHG homogenizer in an integrated solution that continuously transforms frozen butter blocks into packaging-ready portions.
Block-to-consumer-ready portions transformation: The integrated process starts from 10-25 kg butter blocks and produces exact-weight portions with homogeneous and uniform texture, ready to feed directly into the packaging system.
High processing capacity: The SLP+SHG combination is dimensioned to operate at high capacity in continuous line, ensuring constant product supply to the downstream packaging system without interruption.
Scalable modular design: The modular line architecture allows expansion or reconfiguration to adapt to changes in production capacity or new product requirements, protecting the long-term investment.
