FLOCULATOR + DRAINAGE CART — SYNCHRONIZED PROCESS

•High-Efficiency Flocculation: AISI 304 stainless steel tanks with double-wall insulation and inspection windows designed for maximum solids precipitation with direct steam injection and complete recovery through whey recirculation.

•Optimized Drainage and Separation: The Drainage Cart features a perforated steel bed with removable panels and cloths that facilitate physical whey separation, allowing complete recovery of the coagulum generated in the floculator without handling losses.

•Thermal Barrier Against Contaminants: Unlike traditional open systems, the cart keeps the cottage cheese at high temperature using hot water at its base. This prevents bacterial load and allows hot-fill packaging to extend shelf life without preservatives.

•Controlled Positive Transfer: The cart integrates a viscous positive screw pump with a frequency drive. This allows pumping the viscous product to the homogenizer at a constant flow rate; the lump-breaker ensures no solid blockages pass through that could affect the final texture.

•Integral Sanitation (CIP): Both the floculator and drainage cart are designed for chemical in-situ cleaning, eliminating manual washing labor and guaranteeing sanitation between batches.
