This equipment integrates as the final stage of the extrusion line. It receives cheese sheets (plates) automatically produced by the previous extruder and processes them through a roller shredding system. Operation is continuous: input conveyor belts feed the product to the cutting head where adjustable blades separate the fibers simulating manual work. Both feed speed and shredder rotation are controlled through frequency drives managed from an HMI/PLC panel, allowing the operator to "fine-tune" the final strand texture according to customer requirements.
Scale your production to industrial level while maintaining the traditional strand-by-strand presentation demanded by the market, eliminating the labor bottleneck and guaranteeing final product safety.
INDUSTRIAL SHREDDER — TRADITIONAL TEXTURE AT SCALE
•Industrial Capacity and Efficiency: Processes up to 1,000 kg per hour, absorbing large stretcher output without interruptions, drastically reducing operating costs associated with manual shredding personnel.
•Finish Versatility (4 Elements): The equipment features 4 different shredding elements. This allows configuring the machine to produce four different shred types, from very fine strands to more robust strips, providing flexibility to serve different market niches.
•Precision Control (PLC + VFD): Equipped with independent frequency drives for belts and cutting roller. Through the HMI touch interface, recipes and parameters can be saved to ensure shredding consistency is identical across every production shift.
•Hygiene and Sanitary Design: By eliminating direct human contact with the finished product, bacterial cross-contamination is prevented. Conveyor belts are sanitary food-grade and the equipment is mounted on wheels to facilitate movement during plant cleaning routines.
