The process begins at the box forming unit, where flat corrugated blanks are automatically unfolded and assembled into rigid cases. In parallel, finished containers are transferred directly from the thermoformer to the packing area. A Pick‑&‑Place robotic system, equipped with vacuum suction cups or customized grippers, collects predefined groups of containers and places them gently into the case according to a programmed layer pattern.
Once filled, the case advances to the sealing station, where it is closed using either adhesive tape or hot‑melt glue, then discharged for palletizing.
