This VFFS (Vertical Form-Fill-Seal) unit automates the creation of pillow-type bags from a flat film reel, significantly reducing the unit cost per package compared to pre-formed bags or tubs. The product is driven through a dosing system adapted to the fluid's rheology (pneumatic piston for viscous products with particulates or mass flow meter for homogeneous products such as cream cheese). The system supports hot-fill ("Hot Fill") and performs immediate hermetic sealing, guaranteeing food safety and allowing subsequent cooling without risk of cross-contamination. Its vertical architecture leverages gravity to facilitate the descent of heavy products.
