High precision filling and sealing of cheese containers with automated brine dosing, bubble removal, and Ultra Hygienic environment
Capacity: 5,000 units/hour
The Linear High Moisture Cheese Bar Filling Machine is a high precision system designed for filling and sealing high moisture cheeses in containers across multiple formats. It integrates automatic brine dosing by weight, air bubble elimination by controlled vibration, and an ultra hygienic filling environment supported by HEPA filtration and UV sterilization for extended shelf life and process safety.
This linear station automates the final stage of high moisture cheese packaging. Containers containing cheese portions are indexed through the line, where brine is dosed using PLC controlled flowmetric or volumetric systems. A dedicated vibration module releases trapped air so bubbles rise and are eliminated, ensuring full liquid coverage and consistent protection of the cheese surface.
The system then performs automatic lid placement and lid pressing, delivering a sealed, distribution ready package with uniform fill level and presentation. The machine is built in food grade stainless steel and incorporates a protective cabin with safety interlocks to maintain hygienic and safe operation.
Key benefits
• Throughput up to 5,000 units/hour
• Extended shelf life through an ultra hygienic packaging environment (HEPA + UV)
• Reduced giveaway and losses through high precision brine dosing control
• Format flexibility for 0.88–1.98 lb (400–900 g) and larger, depending on container design
• Advanced hygiene protocol with integrated CIP capability and closed filling architecture
• Enhanced operator safety via a plexiglass protection cabin with door safety switches
Main Features and Advantages
Modified atmosphere sealing (MAP): Gas mixture injection before final sealing eliminates residual oxygen from inside the package, extending shelf life of high-moisture cheese bars without additional preservatives.
AISI 304-316 construction: All product-contact elements and surfaces exposed to the humid environment are made of AISI 304-316 stainless steel, guaranteeing corrosion resistance and compliance with dairy sanitary regulations.
Automatic bar filling and sealing cycle: The system automatically loads the cheese bar, forms the package, injects MAP gas and performs longitudinal and transverse sealing in a continuous high-throughput cycle.
Sanitary design for high-humidity environments: IP65 design with drainage slopes on all horizontal surfaces, integrated CIP access and no dead zones where product can accumulate, meeting hygiene requirements for cheese packaging rooms.
