The Mini Portion Thermoformer Filler is a compact Form‑Fill‑Seal (FFS) system engineered for the production of individual portions of dairy and food products such as butter, jams, sauces, and spreads. Despite its reduced footprint, the unit delivers industrial throughput of 18–22 cycles per minute, integrated into a structure measuring approximately 7.2 × 3.9 ft (2.2 × 1.2 m).
Constructed entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel, the machine operates as a fully automatic workstation that integrates container forming, filling, sealing, and cutting in a continuous and hygienic cycle. From a base roll of PVC, PS, or PET, the system thermoforms multiple small cavities with depths of up to 2.0 in (50 mm).
Once formed, the cavities are filled with liquid or pasty products—including honey, ketchup, mayonnaise, and butter—using a precision dosing system. The machine then applies an aluminum lidding film, performs hermetic sealing, and completes the process with final die‑cutting to deliver finished portions ready for secondary packaging.
