This equipment is a fully automatic workstation that integrates container manufacturing and filling in a continuous cycle. Starting from a base roll (PVC, PS or PET), the machine thermoforms multiple small cavities (up to 50 mm deep). It then precisely doses liquid or pasty products such as honey, ketchup, mayonnaise or butter, seals the container with aluminum and performs the final cut. Its ergonomic and compact design allows a complete production line to be installed in an area of approximately 2.2 x 1.2 meters, facilitating its integration in plants with limited space.

OPENING STYLES

Corner with tab and embossing

To open the container easily, a tight sealing position that seals the package and a small protrusion formed at the corner allow gripping the top film effortlessly and opening the container.

Fold and peel

The corner of the bottom film is perforated at a 45° angle and adheres to the top film when the container is opened, ensuring a firm grip at the corner and being highly recommended for skin-packaging type containers.

Dot embossing

This design provides easy opening of the container.
