Automatic Case Packer for Thermoformed Containers
Transform your secondary packaging operation by replacing intensive manual labor with an automated cell that guarantees consistency in counting, product protection and an immediate reduction in operating costs from payroll and rework.
This equipment acts as the critical final link in the production line.
The process begins with the Forming Unit, which automatically unfolds and assembles the corrugated cardboard box.
Simultaneously, the system receives the individual portions coming from the thermoformer.
The Pick & Place unit (positioning robotics), equipped with specialized suction cups or grippers, takes groups of containers and gently deposits them inside the box according to the pre-configured layer pattern.
Finally, the filled box advances to the Sealing Unit, where it is closed (using tape or hot-melt adhesive) and released for palletizing. This continuous flow eliminates human variability and ensures that the boxing rate matches the productive capacity of the primary machinery.
•High-Precision Pick & Place Technology: [Product Protection]: Unlike manual handling that can dent or damage aluminium seals, the robotic arm manipulates individual portions with millimeter accuracy and controlled pressure, preserving container aesthetics and seal integrity.
•"3-in-1" Automation (Erecting, Loading, Closing): [Space and Personnel Optimization]: Integrates three logistical operations into a single compact chassis. This allows reassigning 2 to 4 operators to higher value-added tasks, generating accelerated return on investment based on payroll savings.
•Flexible Layer and Pattern Configuration: [Logistical Adaptability]: The system allows programming different packaging configurations (units per layer and layers per box), facilitating changes between sales formats (master cases vs. display cases) without prolonged stoppages.
•Line Synchronization: [Total Operational Efficiency]: Designed to absorb continuous thermoformer output, preventing accumulations or stoppages of the main line due to insufficient manual boxing capacity.
•Secondary Packaging Standardization: [Logistical Quality]: Guarantees perfectly squared and uniformly sealed boxes, improving pallet stability during storage and transport, and reducing losses from stack collapse.
