Automatic Case Packer for Thermoformed Containers

This equipment acts as the critical final link in the production line. The process begins with the Forming Unit, which automatically unfolds and assembles the corrugated cardboard box. Simultaneously, the system receives the individual portions coming from the thermoformer. The Pick & Place unit (positioning robotics), equipped with specialized suction cups or grippers, takes groups of containers and gently deposits them inside the box according to the pre-configured layer pattern. Finally, the filled box advances to the Sealing Unit, where it is closed (using tape or hot-melt adhesive) and released for palletizing. This continuous flow eliminates human variability and ensures that the boxing rate matches the productive capacity of the primary machinery.
