Designed to transform frozen butter blocks of 10 to 25 kg into consumer-ready portions. The process includes homogenization, filling and wrapping, boxing, ensuring that butter recovers its original properties after freezing. The line consists of three different machines: SII-BH + SII-ARM + SII-DSU. Each machine performs a specific function and is designed to work together as a complete system. Block temperature: +0…+10 °C. Butter is rehomogenized with the SII-BH homogenizer (with automatic CIP cleaning). After rehomogenization, butter is prepared for filling and wrapping with the SII-ARM machine. When butter is wrapped in aluminum foil or parchment, bricks are transported to the SII-DSU case packer.
