This continuous process line addresses the critical challenge of handling previously frozen or refrigerated butter. The system starts with cutting 10–25 kg blocks (using the SII-SLP equipment), immediately followed by a homogenization stage (SII-SHG or SII-BH equipment). This unit operation is fundamental to final product quality, as it recovers the physical properties and spreadability of the butter to its pre-freezing state, leaving it ready for dosing. Subsequently, the reconditioned butter is transferred to the wrapping machine (SII-ARM), where it is portioned and wrapped in parchment paper or aluminum foil. Finally, the units are automatically grouped and stacked for insertion into cardboard boxes by the case packer (SII-DSU), delivering a pallet-ready product with minimal manual intervention.

PROCESS LINE

SII-SLP + SII-SHG + SII-ARM + SII-DSU

Designed to transform frozen butter blocks of 10 to 25 kg into consumer-ready portions. The process includes cutting, homogenization, filling and wrapping, and case packing, ensuring the butter recovers its original properties after freezing. Once homogenized, the butter is wrapped into bricks and grouped according to the desired configuration (layers, rows and quantity per row), then placed into shipping-ready cardboard boxes. The line consists of four different machines: SII-SLP + SII-SHG + SII-ARM + SII-DSU. Each machine performs a specific function and is designed to work together as a complete system.
