Robust industrial solution designed for filling and wrapping curd or cottage cheese in individual portions of 80 to 250 grams. With a capacity of up to 70 packages per minute, it ensures precise rectangular forming in parchment paper or aluminum, optimizing the presentation and preservation of the product.
This continuous operation rotary machine integrates the volumetric dosing and wrapping processes in a single automated cycle. The equipment receives curd at controlled temperatures (between +6 and +15 °C) in a 60-liter vertical hopper equipped with an agitator to maintain mass homogeneity. Subsequently, the system performs the cutting of the packaging sheet and the forming of the "brick" type package with bottom folding, allowing a smooth transition to secondary packaging systems or cooling tunnels.
