This continuous operation rotary machine integrates the volumetric dosing and wrapping processes in a single automated cycle. The equipment receives curd at controlled temperatures (between +6 and +15 °C) in a 60-liter vertical hopper equipped with an agitator to maintain mass homogeneity. Subsequently, the system performs the cutting of the packaging sheet and the forming of the "brick" type package with bottom folding, allowing a smooth transition to secondary packaging systems or cooling tunnels.
