Semi-automatic in-line system designed for high-precision dosing, uniform mixing, and controlled texturization of yogurt with fruit preparations immediately prior to filling. This system replaces traditional manual mixing in tanks by applying gentle pumping technology combined with continuous in-line processing, preserving yogurt structure and minimizing mechanical stress. Yogurt is transferred directly from the maturation tank using a progressive cavity pump, while a second eccentric screw pump accurately meters the jam or fruit preparation. Both product streams merge in a sanitary static mixer, where controlled turbulence ensures homogeneous integration without moving parts contacting or damaging the product. After mixing, the yogurt flows through a texturizing module equipped with a controlled cut filter. This step refines the body, improves smoothness, and provides the surface gloss required for consistent shelf presentation. Integrated instrumentation and variable pump speed control enable precise ratio control of fruit addition, preventing over-dosing and reducing raw material losses. By carrying out mixing and texturization directly in the pipeline, immediately before filling, the system operates as a fully closed and hygienic process. This configuration significantly reduces the risk of mold and yeast contamination, while ensuring consistent fruit distribution and a uniform, creamy texture in every finished package.
