Replace multiple laminated carton lines with a single PET filling system that reduces Total Cost of Ownership, minimizes product waste and gives you independence over your container manufacturing. The equipment receives empty bottles and subjects them to a sterilization process with hydrogen peroxide and peracetic acid before entering a sealed cabin with filtered air. Through piston valves, the system doses the UHT milk controlling net weight in real time. Finally, the bottle is hermetically sealed through synchronized capping. The aseptic filler connects directly to the UHT plant outlet, ensuring the product maintains its commercial sterility from the pipeline to ambient temperature distribution.
