Hygienic C-ball valve that isolates the injector system, which pre-mixes the powder with the liquid to create negative pressure at the funnel outlet, thereby optimizing powder feeding and dissolution.



The liquid flow from the recirculation loop creates and maintains a vacuum in the ejector.

The unit is mounted on a durable stainless steel frame and includes a sliding table that facilitates the placement of powder bags during mixing, and also serves as a lid when not in use.

OPERATING PRINCIPLES
This two-stage mixer is normally integrated into a batch tank recirculation loop.
First, liquid circulates through the mixer, drawing powder from the funnel and injector. This generates negative pressure that pulls powder into the rotor-stator, where it is dynamically blended with the liquid.
The pump impeller then applies a final shear stage, delivering a homogeneous mixture at high pressure back to the tank.
For large tanks (over 1–2 m³), installing a Rotary Jet Mixer is recommended to further improve overall mixing efficiency.
Once mixing is complete, the SII-AL-M15 can operate as a discharge pump or as a recirculation pump for cleaning-in-place (CIP), which simplifies cleaning and maintenance when used alongside rotary jet mixing systems.
