Versatile packaging solution that maximizes operational profitability by combining high dosing precision with the flexibility to switch between multiple presentation formats (100 g – 1,000 g) without sacrificing production speed.

This equipment operates through a cyclic rotary system optimized for products of pasty consistency, integrating smoothly into existing production lines. The equipment receives the product (butter, margarine or spreads) either via a hopper with augers or by direct feed from the process line, maintaining the ideal inlet temperature (between +8°C and +16°C) to preserve texture. Through a volumetric system, it doses with precision into plastic (PP) containers of various geometries, proceeding to thermal sealing with aluminum or plastic lid, delivering up to 40 units per minute ready for boxing.
