The Rotary Molder with Pre-Cooling receives pasta directly from the stretcher. Screw conveyors drive the product into the rotary head where carousel molds define the exact shape and weight. During table rotation, the product undergoes controlled thermal exchange through a cold water circulation system with integrated pump and heat exchanger. The pre-hardened product is discharged directly into the brine or cooling tank to complete thermal stabilization.

ROTARY MOLDER WITH PRE-COOLING

•Superior-Grade Sanitary Construction: The main body and screw chamber are made of AISI 316 stainless steel, while the rest of the structure is AISI 304. Contact surfaces feature Teflon coating or sandblast treatment to prevent product adhesion and facilitate flow.

•Integrated CIP (Clean-In-Place) System [Optional]: Allows automatic head cleaning without disassembly or manual operator intervention.
