Rotary Whey Drainer Drum

The rotary whey drainer drum is specifically designed for efficient whey separation in acid curd processes coming from coagulation vats. The whey-curd mixture enters the drum, where a continuous rotation mechanism and a perforated surface with 1.00 mm holes facilitate uniform and accelerated drainage. An internal spiral system mechanically moves the curd toward the outlet, ensuring a constant residence time and uninterrupted production flow. The extracted whey is collected in a lower tank to be managed by a high-capacity centrifugal pump, optimizing by-product transfer and maintaining hygiene throughout the process line.
