•Three-Stage Drying (Chamber, Static Bed and Vibrated Bed): Allows processing of difficult products with high carbohydrate or fat content at lower temperatures than a conventional dryer. This preserves the organoleptic and functional properties of the powder, increasing its market value.
•Fines Recirculation and Reinjection System: Cyclones recover fine particles to strategically reinject them into the chamber (near atomization), the static bed, or the vibrated bed. Reinjection in the atomization zone promotes agglomeration, drastically improving the granularity, dispersibility and wettability of the product.

•Chamber Roof Cooling: A dedicated cooling system at the top prevents particles that come into contact with the roof from burning or adhering. This eliminates the formation of black specks in the powder and reduces the frequency of cleaning shutdowns (CIP).
