High‑efficiency centrifugal skimming engineered for precise fat standardization with reduced operating costs. The FREEDOM Series CA51T Skimming Standardizer is designed for efficient cream separation and accurate fat control in dairy processing applications. Using centrifugal force, the separator continuously divides the product into a fat phase (cream) and a lean phase (skimmed milk) based on density differences, delivering stable, repeatable, and fully controllable separation performance. Unlike conventional separators driven by mechanical gear transmissions, the FREEDOM Series features an electronically controlled flat‑belt drive system with a frequency inverter. This design minimizes mechanical losses, reduces energy consumption, and ensures gentle product handling, preserving fat globule integrity and overall product quality. The CA51T is equipped with backpressure control valves that allow operation in: Total skimming mode, or Partial fat standardization, with manual or automatic adjustment of the final fat content. Under optimal operating conditions, the system guarantees a residual fat content in skimmed milk equal to or lower than 0.05%, maximizing raw material yield at processing capacities up to 1,321 gal/h (5,000 L/h).
