This unit operates on a continuous vertical flow principle optimized for pressure-sensitive products. The cheese is conveyed through a Teflon-lined stainless steel forming tube that minimizes friction and prevents obstructions. During the packaging cycle, the system injects a controlled gas mixture (N2/CO2) displacing residual oxygen before the final seal. Dosing is managed through a two-stage gate system (coarse flow and fine flow), allowing the exact target weight to be reached without compacting high-moisture or analog cheeses, ensuring the product reaches the end customer loose and fresh.
