The Tubular HTST Pasteurizer Thermotube is a heavy-duty, welded Shell & Tube heat exchange system engineered to succeed where plate exchangers fail. Designed for products that exhibit complex hydraulic behavior, its robust architecture handles high-viscosity fluids and particulate matter without the risk of channeling or clogging, even at operating pressures up to 435 PSI (30 bar).
IDEAL APPLICATIONS
Creams and ice cream mixes (high fat content). Puddings, sauces and products with gums or stabilizers. Juices with pulp and products with particles/fibers.
Process viscous and particle-containing products that challenge plate heat exchangers, eliminating shutdowns from blockages and gasket leaks.

Hydraulic Robustness: Handles pressure spikes generated by drastic viscosity changes (e.g. when cooling creams), thanks to its welded design rated to 30 bar.
"ZERO-GASKET" MAINTENANCE: As a welded construction, it eliminates gaskets in the product zone, drastically reducing spare parts costs and leak risks.
EXTENDED SERVICE LIFE: Each module integrates stainless steel expansion joints to absorb thermal expansion, preventing material fatigue fractures.
SUPERIOR SANITATION (CIP): The tubular design avoids "preferential flow" (easy paths) during washing, allowing more aggressive CIP flow rates and pressures to guarantee deep cleaning.
RAPID INSPECTION: Modular design with clamp connections that allows disassembly and inspection of return elbows in minutes.
