TECHNICAL AND OPERATIONAL ADVANTAGES


Our heating systems are designed to bring raw or pasteurized milk to the exact temperature required for the next production stage, such as cheese making, yogurt inoculation, or standardization.
Unlike direct heating, our technology uses a secondary hot water circuit prepared instantly. This ensures a gentle thermal treatment that preserves the physicochemical structure of the milk, avoiding thermal shock ('burning') and ensuring the viability of subsequent lactic cultures.
EXACT TEMPERATURE CONTROL (PID): The system automatically regulates steam and hot water flow to maintain product outlet temperature with minimal variations, regardless of input fluctuations.
INDIRECT HEATING: We use a hot water preparation system with welded or tubular plate heat exchangers. This allows us to control the temperature differential (ΔT) between the heating medium and the product, protecting proteins and preventing unwanted denaturation.
ENERGY EFFICIENCY: Optimized heat exchange plate design (316L Stainless Steel) that maximizes heat transfer with the lowest possible steam consumption.
