Preserve Milk Quality and Extend Storage Viability in Raw Silos.
OPERATING PARAMETERS

Our thermization systems are designed for processing plants that need to extend raw milk storage time without altering its functional or organoleptic properties. Through gentle and controlled thermal treatment, we reduce the psychrotrophic load, ensuring raw material quality for subsequent processes such as cheese making or powdered milk production.
The design of our equipment prioritizes two critical factors for plant profitability: product integrity and utility savings.
MAXIMUM THERMAL RECOVERY: We design our heat exchangers to achieve up to 90% regeneration. The system harnesses the energy of the outgoing product to preheat the incoming product, drastically reducing steam and chilled water consumption.
GENTLE PRODUCT TREATMENT: To prevent thermal damage to proteins and flavor changes, our systems operate with a minimum temperature differential (ΔT) between the heating medium (hot water) and the product. This ensures efficient heat transfer without 'burning' the milk.
SAFETY AND INNOCUITY: We integrate automatic flow diversion valves (FDV) and leak detection systems. If the thermization temperature is not reached, the product is automatically diverted to ensure only correctly treated milk proceeds to storage.
