CENTRIFUGAL SEPARATOR
We efficiently and effectively remove suspended solids of different types and sizes. We provide gentle separation treatment and superior liquid clarification to preserve final product quality, while generating large operational savings.

INLINE VEGETABLE FAT ADDITION
During the process we substitute butterfat inline with the desired vegetable fat. Standardizing your product with great precision. No need to use additional tanks or perform separate processes.

HOMOGENIZER
Achieves the emulsion that will provide stability, joining the aqueous phase with the oleic phase. It is important to consider the effective homogenization area, pressure and number of homogenization stages per product.

HTST-PMO PASTEURIZER
Thermal heating carried out by high-efficiency heat exchange plates, fed with hot water at a temperature with minimal difference from the product temperature and in counter-current flow. The velocity per plate is calculated according to the turbulence we want to apply to each product.


EXTENDED HOLDING
We design and manufacture technology that allows variable control of holding time, between 5 and up to 30 minutes, making it possible to hold the product to achieve a continuous process. The holding time is adjustable according to the needs and characteristics of the product, even within the same run.
The main advantage of our patented system is running continuously to recover energy. It avoids the use of long tubes that take up costly and valuable space inside the plant, and we reduce energy use and cleaning time thanks to its easy CIP cleaning.
The great advantage of operating continuously with extended holding is being able to use the regeneration section in plates to achieve cooling to the outlet temperature — which is not possible in batch extended holding tanks. We adjust the temperature by modulating the outlet product with the inlet product.
