We develop the piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID) for each system, documenting every process flow, utility lines, and all critical instrumentation points of the project.
Complete traceability: Every valve, sensor, and instrument is identified with a unique TAG, linked to the component list and the control program.
Automation project foundation: The P&ID is the starting point for the electrical panel design and PLC/SCADA programming.
Services
We generate manufacturing and assembly drawings for all spools, modules, and structures of the project, with dimensions, tolerances, and material specifications.
3D isometric drawings: Three-dimensional models of each piping spool with cut lists, reference dimensions, and welding details.
Assembly drawings: Component layout and assembly sequence to facilitate on-site installation.

We deliver the complete materials list for the project: part number, description, quantity, reference thumbnail, and estimated unit price for each component.
Procurement control: The BOM allows the client to request quotes directly from local suppliers, reducing import lead times.
Documentary traceability: Each item is linked to the P&ID and detail drawings, ensuring consistency throughout the entire project.

We perform the survey and identification of all system assets, with drawings showing the exact location of each instrument, valve, and control element.
Field identification: Each component receives a physical TAG linked to the P&ID and BOM, facilitating preventive and corrective maintenance.
As-built documentation: Identification drawings reflect the actual completed installation, delivered to the client at project close-out.
