In high-moisture cheese production (Panela, Fresh, Basket), profitability depends on maximizing solids retention and ensuring standardized weight. Our solutions are designed to automate traditional processes, protect curd integrity, and increase yield per liter of milk processed.
The Continuous Gelification System (SCG) is the starting point: it incorporates whey proteins into the curd before coagulation, achieving 8%–13% more cheese from the same milk. From there, Double “O” and CASEUS Coagulation Vats ensure a uniform grain with minimal fines loss, while Draining Drums and Pre-Press Carts automate moisture control and pre-pressing in a continuous inline operation.
The line closes with specialized modules for Cottage, Ricotta, and Requesón, and with Flowpack and bar-format packaging machines that ensure food safety and extend the shelf life of highly perishable products.
