This unit manages the packaging of butter and margarine operating within a product thermal range of +9 °C to +16 °C, ideal for maintaining the proper texture throughout the process. The system uses a feeding hopper with two horizontal augers that direct the product toward a volumetric extruder, ensuring homogeneous filling in bag-in-box cartons. Controlled via PLC and operator interface, the machine automatically coordinates pneumatic cutting and box ejection, allowing the plant to maintain a steady rate of up to 150 units per hour with a single workstation.
