The machine is engineered to operate within a product thermal window of 48–61°F (9–16°C), preserving butter plasticity and ensuring clean, homogeneous deposition during filling. A feeding hopper with two horizontal augers continuously conditions and conveys the product toward the extrusion dosing unit, maintaining a stable feed for consistent box filling. Operation is managed through a PLC and operator interface, coordinating the filling cycle and enabling optional automation functions such as a pneumatic dose cut off, pneumatic box push off, and optional digital scales for weight control. This design reduces critical manual intervention while improving throughput and repeatability for bulk dairy fat packaging.
